2. Self-defense | Self-defense is a program for cultivating self-protection skills to protect oneself in a dangerous situation |

3. Taekwondo for the Disabled | Taekwondo for the Disabled is a program for the disabled regardless of disability type (physical disability, lower body dysfunction, etc.). It consists of basic poomsae using music and special poomsae. |

4. Taekwondo Emergency Response | Taekwondo Emergency Response is a program for learning strategies to handle emergency situations that may occur during Taekwondo training or competition. |

5. AT Experience | AT Experience is a program for experiencing a scientific and systematic Taekwondo ‘Athlete Training’ method through the effective use of muscles and rehabilitation from injuries. |

6. Mind Control | Mind Control is a lecture and discussion program to learn how to control one’s emotions and maintain composure, and to improve one’s emotions. |

7. Idea Training | Idea Training is a lecture and discussion program to discover new values by listening to the thoughts of one's own and others through a change of conception and free brainstorming on one topic. |

8. Career Exploration | Career Exploration is a lecture and discussion program for helping individuals to explore future jobs and develop the ability to prepare for them. |

9. Violence Prevention | Violence Prevention is a lecture and discussion program to solve conflicts with peers by learning proper prevention and handling of school violence and impulsive violence. |

10. Leadership Demonstration(Lecture) | Leadership Demonstration is a lecture and discussion program to learn various leadership virtues (transparent thinking, passion, confidence, devotion, sense of responsibility) through games. |

1. Traditional Martial Arts Training | Traditional Martial Arts Training is a program for understanding Taekwondo training of the past and learning traditional Taekwondo practice. |

2. Experience Center Yap! | Experience Center YAP! Is a virtual experience program that offers an indirect experience of Taekwondo in a fun and easy way by combining Taekwondo with IT technology. |

3. Electronic Body Protect Experience | Electronic Body Protect Experience is a program for improving one's athletic performance by providing simulated competition experience through electronic body protect used in Olympics and learning Taekwondo sparring rules. |

4. National Athlete for a Day | National Athlete for a Day is a program for experience maximum training of national athletes to improve muscular strength and cardiorespiratory endurance. |

5. Taekwon Tiering | Taekwon Tiering is a program for learning basic knowledge of Taekwondo and improving teamwork by finding objects with a map and a compass, and solving problems related to Taekwondo. |

6. Janggu Experience | Janggu Experience is a program for practicing various melodies and playing a folk song based on a basic understanding of ‘Janggu’, the traditional instrument of Korea. |

7. Calligraphy | Calligraphy is a program for grinding an ink stick on an inkstone and writing letters (Korean letters, Chinese letters, English alphabet, etc.) on hanji through Seoye, Korea’s traditional writing style. |

Growth – Growth (7 programs)
1. Sparring | Sparring is a program for learning an effective running method of sparring by finding weaknesses through one step sparring and free sparring by using hand and foot techniques, experiencing scoring by allowed body parts, etc. |

2. Breaking | Breaking is a program to build up self-confidence and overcome fear by breaking assembled roof tiles and pine boards with hands or feet according to the trainee's proficiency. |

3. Kicking | Kicking is a program to systematically learn various techniques of kicking which is the core technique of taekwondo including kicking, linked and applied kicking with auxiliary equipment according to the trainee's proficiency. |

4. Poomsae | Poomsae is a program to learn a way to use blocking and attacking effectively based on standardized Taekwondo techniques, and it guides trainees to understand and apply repeated postures of poomsae including grade-holder poomsae, black belt holder poomsae, applied poomsae, etc. |

5. Taekwon Balance | Taekwon Balance is a program for training physical strength and balance with a new form of Taekwon exercise to perform Taekwondo postures on a balance disk with music. |

5. Healing Taekwon Exercise | Healing Taekwon Exercise is a freehand exercise program for everyone to easily experience basic postures and kicks of Taekwondo with music. |

6. Recreation | Recreation is a program that promotes unity and joy of participants through various games led by professional recreational instructors. |

7. Laughter Therapy | Laughter Therapy is a program using laughter to relieve stress and promote health by understanding the importance of laughter through lectures by a professional laughter therapist. |

8. Making Paper Taekwondo Uniform | Making Paper Taekwondo Uniform is a program for making various Taekwondo uniforms in your own style through origami. |

9. Healing Art Painting | Healing Art Painting is a program for painting Taekwondowon characters and various Taekwondo forms on a canvas in numerical order. |
